Primary Care Network Team
Our GP surgery is part of Feltham and Bedfont Primary Care Network (PCN). PCNs are a group of GP surgeries working together in a specific area to focus on local patient care. By working as part of a PCN, we can offer you more services by sharing resources and employing more staff. Your PCN’s medical and non-medical team works as part of our GP surgery to give you better access to healthcare and support. However, your GP surgery is still responsible for the overall care you receive.
Our PCN team includes many different clinical and non-clinical roles working as part of our team. You can find out about the different services available in our PCN and meet the team delivering them by visiting our PCN’s website
